Biotic factors are A. Chemical factors of soil which effect life B. Physical factors of soil which effect life C. All living organisms which influence other organisms D. Atmospheric factors which influence life
Option C. The constituents of environment which directly or indirectly influence the form and functioning of organisms in any specific way are known as environmental factors. They are of two types - abiotic and biotic. The abiotic factors are of four types - climatic (light, air, temperature, humidity, precipitation), edaphic (soil), topographic (surface behaviour of earth), fire. The biotic factors mostly influence growth and reproduction e.g., plants, animals, microbes inhabiting a habitat and interaction between organisms.
