By whom is Agricultural Income Tax assigned to the State Governments?
Agricultural profits tax to states in India is assigned through the Constitution of India. The organisation accountable for it is Finance Commission whose feature is distribution of internet proceeds of taxes among Centre and the States, to be divided as in keeping with their respective contributions to the taxes.
