Option A.This can be achieved by treating the bacterial cells / plant or animal tissue with enzymes such as lysozyme (bacteria), cellulase (plant cells), chitinase (fungus). The RNA can be removed by treatment with ribonuclease whereas proteins can be removed by treatment with protease.
