Option A.The primary structure of the protein refers to the sequence of the amino acids in a polypeptide. The primary structure is held by peptide bonds that are made during the process of protein synthesis. The remaining bonds given i.e. hydrogen bonds, disulphide bonds, and ionic bonds are found in the secondary structures of the protein that helps in its folding.
