Correct option: B Explanation: RNA and DNA major difference is nitrogenous bases and sugars. RNA has sugar ribose and DNA has deoxyribose and only one nitrogenous base-pair varies in DNA and RNA i.e., thymine is present in DNA and Uracil in RNA. When thymine demethylation happens i.e., removal of CH3 then it forms Uracil.
