All amphibians are born from an egg and develop into a tadpole. As the tadpole grows, its eyes develop eyelids and the creature learns to see each inside and out of water. But until they end up adults, they spend all their time in water. Tadpoles of frogs and toads lose their tails earlier than they move directly to land and come to be adults.
