The molecules of stable rely are usually packed tightly together, and consequently do not permit mild to byskip thru them. In liquids and gases, the molecules pass approximately freely and there is lots of area among them. That is why mild is capable of byskip thru these substances easily. Glass is made via way of means of first melting sand, after which cooling it. The substance made has the tension of a stable, however nevertheless has the free shifting molecules of a liquid. So the area among the molecules of glass lets in mild to byskip thru, even though glass itself is a stable.
