Where were the first railroads?
The first railroads have been constructed in Germany round 1550. Horses pulled wagons along timber rails and taken minerals out of mines. After the Industrial Revolution, rails have been fabricated from iron and so had been the wheels. The improvement of the steam engine made rail shipping without problems to be had to hold people and items over lengthy distances.
