option B. Cloudy nights are hotter as compared to clean cloudless nights, due to the fact clouds Reflect again the warmth given off through earth. At night time cloud cowl has the alternative effect. If skies are clean, warmness emitted from the earth's floor freely escapes into space, ensuing in chillier temperatures. However, if clouds are present, a number of the warmth emitted from the earth's floor is trapped through the clouds and reemitted returned closer to the earth.
