Option A. Dilating the afferent arteriole will increase the extent of blood fl owing into the glomerulus, whilst constricting the efferent arteriole decreases the quantity of blood leaving the glomerulus. This way water and solutes need to go away the glomerulus and input the Bowman’s capsule, this is GFR will increase.
