Option B. The duration of the blood vessels that make up the systemic circuit is more than the duration of vessels withinside the pulmonary circulation. This more period gives a more resistance to the go with the flow of blood. So the LV must be stronger – made from thicker muscle – to exert enough pressure at the blood to triumph over the resistance.
