Fundamental rights are justiciable because, in the case of violation of these rights, the person has a right to go to court. These rights don’t make differences among people based on their caste, class, creed, religion, or sex. Fundamental rights provide equality and freedom to each individual. Final answer Fundamental rights provide liberty and equality to every individual in every aspect. In case of violation, a person has to appeal to the court for restoring their rights.
