Name any one measure taken by the Government towards implementation of the Directive Principles of State Policy.
For protecting the rights and people from severe poverty and exploitation, the government has enacted the EWS (economically weaker section) specifically framed for forward caste to provide them social justice and give them 10 percent reservations in central authority jobs. This is composed under article 46 which promotes the economic and educational rights for the weaker individuals belonging within this structure. Beneficiaries must fall into: 1. Who has an annual income of less than 8 lakh. 2. People who don’t have farmland or those who have less than 5 acres of land for agricultural uses. 3. People whose homes fall under 100sq yards. Government always tries to remove disparities and try to develop a society that can generate an equal atmosphere among its citizens. Authorities help to do so by using these directive principles as a framework that will guide them on how to eradicate these problems by implementing wise policies.
