What happens in case of any conflict between the Directive Principles and Fundamental Rights? Give reason to support your answer.

If there would be an occurrence of any contention in an area where the Directive Principles and Fundamental Rights can be in disagreement, during this, the latter will stands as the former are merely guiding principles of the government, subsidiary to the Fundamental Rights. Final answer In case of the conflict between directive principles and fundamental rights, fundamental rights prevail.
