After the French Constitution of 1791 saw the light of the day, women were agitated as it did not grant the rights of women. Hence, women demanded their share of rights. The International Suffrage Movement witnessed revolutionary moments that led to the right to vote. Women finally got the right to vote in France in the year of 1946.
