World War-I had more impact on Germany’s political life and society. Germany became less militant. The infant Weimar Republic was made to pay for the sins of the old empire that put an effect on political life. Belgians and French and occupied the “Ruhr Valley” to extract payment. This wayed German nationalism. Hence, Germany lost its territory and Kaiser.
