How worldwide economic crisis can affect society also? Analyze this situation in Germany.
The economic crisis affected society in the following ways: The currency of Germany had devalued, inflation was high. Industrial production was reduced to only 40%. Unemployment was high, people would stand on the roadside holding placards saying ‘Willing to do any work’. This unemployment also caused crime to rise as people, having no jobs, tried the illegal way to earn some income. Small scale businesses suffered heavy losses, many also closed down. There was also an increase in hunger and poverty.
