The main sources of media were the newspaper and the radio. The Nazis wanted to control the sources of media so that no one could criticize them. The Nazis practiced censorship as they told journalists that they could not report something that would make the Nazis look bad. Radios were also censored. Cheap radios were made by the Germans so that people can hear the Nazis messages at home. Loudspeakers were placed in public areas so that the general public could hear Nazis propaganda over the airways.
