According to Neils Bohr's model, the following observations are observed, 1) This model states that an atom consists of a heavy positively charged nucleus. 2) The whole mass of the atom is concentrated in the nucleus. In a definite circular path, the electrons revolve around the nucleus and these paths are called orbits or energy levels in an atom. 3) Amount of energy associated with different energy levels is different. When an electron jumps from one energy level to another energy level then the change in energy takes place.
