Explanation In plants the vascular bundle comprises of two complex permanent tissue known as phloem and xylem. The complex tissues are formed of more than one type of cells which coordinate to perform one function. Xylem is made up of tracheid, vessels, xylem parenchyma and xylem fibres. Tracheid and vessels responsible for the transport of water and minerals in the plant. Phloem consists of five types of cells: sieve cells, sieve tubes, companion cells, phloem fibres and the phloem parenchyma. The sieve tubes are responsible of the transport of food from leaves to other parts of the plant. Final answer Phloem
