Yes, it is a possible condition that an object moving with an acceleration but with uniform speed.Example, In a uniform circular motion, the direction of the moving object is always in the direction of tangent. In that case the speed of the object remains constant but due to change in the direction, velocity changes. Therefore this changing velocity produces an acceleration in uniform circular motion.So, it is possible in uniform circular motion, an object moving with an acceleration but with uniform speed.
