• Email and social media accounts are required.
• Good attention to detail, work ethic, and high integrity, as well as the capacity to work individually and in a broader context
• Skills in probing and root cause analysis
• Problem-solving abilities combined with a customer-focused attitude
• Operating in a fast-paced atmosphere, intellectually curious, agile, and creative
• Encourage a good and inclusive work environment.
• Apps and their functions should be second nature to you.
• App reviews, testing, and creating test cases are additional responsibilities.

Qualifications that are preferred

• Experience in a technical background or other work experience that requires analytical skills will be advantageous.
• This role is expected to perform a rotating weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) based on the schedule and company requirements.
