2021 SBI PO In-Hand Salary
The pay for SBI POs is determined by the Bipartite Settlement. For Junior Management Grade Scale I, the SBI PO basic pay scale is Rs. 23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850-1310/7-42020. With four advance increments, the starting minimum pay will be Rs. Rs.27,620/-. Candidates may be eligible for different deductions and other benefits in addition to the standard pay. The overall in-hand wage, including basic pay and deductions, will range between Rs. 40000 and Rs. 45000, depending on the place of posting and other factors.

Basic Pay	Rs.27,620/- (with 4 advance increments)
1st Increment	Increment of Rs. 980/- for next 7 years
2nd Increment	Thereafter, Increment of Rs. 1145/- for next 2 years
3rd Increment	Thereafter, Increment of Rs. 1310/- for next 7 years

 
D.A., H.R.A./Lease Rental, C.C.A., Medical, and other allowances and perquisites are also available to SBI POs, depending on the laws in effect at the time. On a CTC basis, the gross SBI PO salary would be a minimum of 8.20 lakhs and a maximum of 13.08 lakhs per year (depending on your place of posting and other factors).
According to the official notification, SBI can offer a SMART Compensation Package, which would allow candidates to monetize specific elements of the SBI PO salary package, subject to appropriate approvals.

2021 SBI PO Career Path
Candidates who pass the SBI PO exam will have to serve a two-year probationary term. Candidates' success will be evaluated during their probation period. Candidates who pass the bank's tests will be confirmed as Junior Management Grade Scale I candidates.
