• Assisting Founders, P&L Leads, and Senior Team Members in meeting team goals.

Responsibilities:

• Looking for possibilities and trends in the social sector where Fynd can assist them in raising more funds via e-commerce.
• Identifying possibilities to deepen the relationship with social enterprises that sell products; Prospecting social enterprises that sell products and identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship with the organization; Increasing the product and business portfolio
• Closing deals with NGOs or social entrepreneurs and generating revenue for their expansion while also assisting recipients
• collaborating with businesses or institutions that provide money or assistance to such businesses
• Understanding the challenges that NGOs face and how we can assist them as an e-commerce business
• Maintaining a thorough awareness of the company's profit and loss statement, revenue targets, and gross margins in order to make better decisions.
• Actively contribute to the development of the team, its capabilities, and its position.
• Obtaining leads from competitors' websites
•  Brainstorming ways to improve the user experience as well as make vendor onboarding easier.
• Internally and externally, serving as a team ambassador and champion.
• Assisting Founders, P&L Leads, and Senior Team Members in meeting team goals
