Trade apprentice—Matric with a conventional, full-time, two-year ITI programme accredited by NCVT/SCVT.
A minimum cumulative GPA of 50% is required for General, EWS, and OBC-NCL candidates for open posts and 45% is required for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates for reserved places for the position of Technician Apprentice (Mechanical) from a recognised Institute/University.
Graduate Apprentice (BA/B. Com/B. Sc.) - Regular full-time Graduate in any subject from a recognised Institute/University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General, EWS, and OBC-NCL candidates for reserved jobs, and 45% in the case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Additionally, candidates must hold a "Domestic Data Entry Operator" Skill Certificate for less than a year of training from a National Skill Qualifications Framework-accredited awarding organisation or from another authority recognised by the Central Government.
