Eligibility:
Any recent graduate in any field is eligible. Must be able to work in shifts ranging from 6:30 a.m. to 23:30 a.m., as well as rotational weekly offs, and have excellent English communication skills. Knowledge of another regional language, such as Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Telugu, or Odiya, would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the daily operations of the store using an assigned terminal with CCTV and other monitoring tools.
- Throughout the shift, adhere to the Command Center SOP.
- To guarantee that the Store SOP is followed, coordinate with the personnel of the designated outlets.
- Identify and close gaps through ongoing monitoring in collaboration with the Area Supervisor / Area Manager.
- Identify store concerns that require assistance, then organize and follow up with the right departments to remedy them.
- From time to time, offer advice on how to improve store operations.
- Failure to report deviations in a timely manner may result in disciplinary action.
- Data accuracy and daily trackers for all metrics are required.
- Attend to the operations dashboard and close any alerts as soon as possible.
