He/she should have good communication skills and be able to handle calls from US clients on their own. Consultants should have a basic understanding of SAP MMWM (S4 Hana MMWM can also be considered) and business processes, as well as the ability to monitor the system and alert the Support Team on tickets. The consultant must provide a solution to the business users based on the Quick Book / User Manual that will be provided. The consultant must be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and be able to swap work hours as needed by the project. Most of the time, you'll be working the night shift, from 9.30 p.m. to 7.30 a.m., with a rotation of 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 3.30 p.m. to 1.30 a.m.
