All ministries or departments of the Government of India are requested to make the aforementioned positions known to the officers of the central government and request that eligible and interested officers submit applications in the prescribed format with copies of their APARs from the previous five years attested by an Under Secretary or higher level officer, as well as integrity certificates, major penalties from the previous ten years, if any, and certificates stating that they are free from vigilance issues.
