How can I fill out the online UPSC One Time Registration (OTR) form?

The candidates must register on the OTR platform by filling up their basic personal information requested there in order to apply for any future Examination(s) of the Commission. After an aspirant has completed the registration process, the information will be safely kept on the servers of the Commission. Information about a candidate will be filled up automatically in the online application form for the examination they are applying for.
