Who offers Swami Vivekananda Scholarship Schemes?

Applications for the Swami Vivekananda Scholarship program are distributed by the West Bengal Minorities Development & Finance Corporation, an agency of the West Bengal government. This scholarship program intends to aid minority students from disadvantaged backgrounds in their higher education. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE WB SWAMI VIVEKANANDA SCHOLARSHIP FOR 2022:

• The candidate must be a West Bengal resident.
• For class 11 or higher secondary level studies, the applicant must have passed the Madhyamik Pariksha or an equivalent exam with a minimum score of 75%.
• The applicant's class 12 grade point average must have been 75 percent or higher.
• At least a 53 percent (for general education) or a 55 percent (for engineering) grade point average is required for postgraduate study.
• The applicant for a diploma at the polytechnic level must have completed Madhyamik Pariksha or an equivalent programme with at least a 75 percent grade point average. The applicant must have completed a 2-year diploma in modern office practice and management, pharmacy, or 3-D animation, and Graphics with a minimum grade point average of 75.
• For Kanyashree applicants (K-3 component), students must have a valid, sanctioned K-2 ID, be enrolled in a PG programme in the arts, sciences, or commerce, and have received a graduation grade of at least 45 percent.
• An income certificate is crucial for the Swami Vivekananda Scholarship. The student's family's annual income cannot exceed Rs. 2.5 lakh.

Renewing the Swami Vivekananda Scholarship for 2021–2022.

• All semester exams should be passed or cleared on your first try.
• When moving from higher secondary to UG and diploma, you should achieve a minimum of 60% in the promotional level.
• You must receive a minimum of 50% on the promotional level in order to be renewed at the Postgraduate level.
