Exam Pattern:

Tier-II (Descriptive Paper): Tier-II Paper will be a descriptive Paper of 50 Marks in ‘Pen and Paper’ Mode. The duration of the Descriptive Paper will be for one hour

Exam Pattern:

• 1. Physical Efficiency Test (PET): This test assesses the candidate’s physical fitness on the basis of height parameters and he/ she needs to undergo PET (race) which is followed by biometric/ technology-aided identification test.
• 2. Physical Standard Test (PST): This test evaluates the physical standards of the candidates on the basis of three factors – height, chest and weight.
• 3. Detailed Medical Examination (DME):  Shortlisted candidates who pass the PET and PST are required to go through a detailed medical examination and are medically examined by the Medical Boards constituted by the CAPFs to assess their physical and medical fitness.

Eligibility Criteria
