NHPC JE Eligibility- Nationality
As for Nationality, the eligibility is for candidates is as mentioned below. In order to be eligible to appear for the exam, candidates must satisfy these nationality criterias and must be:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Bhutan, or
- A subject of Nepal, or
- A Tibetan refugee who migrated to India before 1st January 1962, with the intention of residing in India permanently, or
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Uganda, Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Malawi, Ethiopia, Zaire, Zambia, and Vietnam with the intention of settling in India permanently.
NHPC JE Eligibility- Age Limit
Though there are difrrenet posts in the recruitment notification. The age limit for all the posts is same. The candidates whether applying for Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical posts is 30 years maximum. There is no lower limit as per the NHPC JE Eligibility.
