SBI Clerk 2021 notification was released on April 26, 2021 by the State Bank of India. The application process began on April 27, 2021 and the last date to apply is May 17, 2021. Candidates can still apply for SBI Clerk 2021 Exam and appear for the exam that is scheduled to be held in the month of June (Prelims) and July 31, 2021 (Mains). Mistakes To Avoid While Filling SBI Clerk 2021 Application Form

  • Candidates should avoid the following mistakes or keep the following points in mind while filling the SBI Clerk 2021 Application Form:
  • Candidates often make mistakes while entering their personal details like name, date of birth, father's name etc. Candidates should be very careful while submitting these personal details. These details should match with those mentioned in the 10th and 12th marksheet or pass certificate.
  • Candidates should have valid identity proofs and the details that are filled in the form should match with those in the identify proof.
  • Before beginning to apply, candidates should necessarily check the eligibility criteria. At times it happens that candidates apply for some exams whereas they are not even eligibile for the exam and this leads to their elimination from the selection procedure.
  • While filling the application form, candidates have to upload certain documents like a scanned copy of their signature and photograph. The dimensions for these have been specified by SBI. At times, the dimensions of the documents that candidates are trying to upload does not match with those mentioned in the official notification. In that case, the documents are not accepted by the application portal. So the candidates must be very careful while uploading their documents and must ensure that the size of the documents is the same as mentioned in the official notification. The specifications for documents' size for SBI Clerk 2021 Application Form are as follows:
Photograph
  • Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
  • Size should be between 20kb to 50 kb
  • The photograph should not be more than 50kb
Signature
  • Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
  • Size of file should be between 10 kb to 20kb
  • Ensure that the size of the signature is not more than 20 kb 
  • Candidates should save their registration number and password positively after filling the application form. 
  • Candidates also have to submit a handwritten declaration while filling SBI Clerk 2021 Application Form. Candidates must be careful about the content and format of the handwritten declaration.
