SBI Clerk 2021: Important Events

Release of official notification and application form: The State Bank of India released the official notification for SBI Clerk 2021 exam on April 26, 2021.

The official notification describes the entire procedure of the recruitment process along with eligibility details, syllabus, exam pattern and more. The application process for SBI Clerk 2021 exam started on April 27, 2021, which implies that candidates could start filling the online application forms from April 27, 2021. The last date to apply is May 17, 2021. The application fee is Rs 750 for the General and OBC categories. However, SC/ ST/ PWD/ XS candidates are exempted from paying the application fees.

Issue of Admit Card: Before the scheduled date of the examination, SBI released the admit card for the exam. SBI admit card is released separately for prelims and mains exam. SBI Prelims Admit Card 2021 will be released in the month of June before the prelims exam is conducted and SBI Mains Admit Card 2021 will be released in the month of July before July 31, 2021 i.e., the scheduled date of SBI Clerk Mains Exam 2021. Candidates will be able to access the admit cards from the official website of SBI. Admit card contains all the details of the candidates and the exam centre and timings of the exam. Admit cards are necessary for candidates to be admitted to the exam centre.

Examination: SBI conducts SBI Clerk 2021 exam in two stages: Prelims and Mains. Prelims and Mains are conducted on different dates. Candidates who qualify prelims appear for the mains examination. This year SBI Prelims will be conducted in the month of June and SBI Mains exam will be conducted on July 31, 2021.

Declaration of Result: After the exams have been conducted, SBI releases the results on its official website separately for different stages of the selection procedure. The result is released in PDF format and it contains the roll numbers of the candidates who have qualified the exam.
