On April 5th, National Maritime Day is commemorated. This year marks the 58th anniversary of India's National Maritime Day. The first anniversary was held in 1964 to raise a concern about intercontinental trade and the economy.

Every year, the day is commemorated to help the global economy, which is the most well-organized, secure, and environmentally friendly mode of transporting goods from one end of the globe to the other.

National Maritime Day 2021:

Trade activities can be carried out in a variety of ways that are both effective and unhindered. Although trade policies were carried out in several ways, including through the mode of shipping, which is one of the busiest modes of transportation. These trade routes transport goods to various parts of the world through water and their significance cannot be overstated.

However, imagining a world without such trade facilities is a nightmare, so we must be thankful for what we have.
