SSC CHSL: Eligibility Criteria
Below is the required educational qualification for SSC CHSL Recruitment:Post | Educational Qualification |
LDC/ JSA, PA/ SA, DEO (except DEOs in C&AG) | Candidates who intend to take the CHSL 2022 exam must have completed the 12th Standard or an equivalent exam from a recognized Board or University. |
Data Entry Operator (DEO) in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) | 12th Standard pass from a recognized Board or equivalent in the Science stream with Mathematics as a subject. |
Age Limit:
As of January 1, 2022, the age limit for the positions is 18-27 years (i.e., Candidates born not before 01-01-1995 and not later than 01-01-2004).
Citizenship:
A candidate must be one of the following:
(a) a citizen of India, or (b) a subject of Nepal, or (c) a subject of Bhutan, or (d) a Tibetan refugee who came to India with the intention of permanently settling in India before the 1st January 1962, or (e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
