How many people were on your team at your last job?
This is a good interview question for screening people with management positions on their resumes. The number of people on their team should match what you would expect for the position. Reg flag: If they were in a management position and didn't oversee the number of people you'd expect, this could be a red flag and could indicate an inflated title. For example, a Vice President of Sales who didn't oversee any salespeople could be a bad sign.
