There are several types of elections, direct and indirect elections. In direct elections, people have the right to directly vote for the candidates, while in an indirect election, people don’t vote directly, the candidates they had chosen before vote on their behalf. Lok Sabha elections are the example of direct elections while Rajya Sabha elections are the example of indirect elections. Final answer There are differences between the two kinds of elections.
