The admission card for the computer-based test for the positions of Scientific/Engineering Assistant, Technician Grade 1, Assistant Grade II, and MTS Grade l will shortly be made available by Central Power Research Institute (CPRI) Limited (Watchman). The official website states that "The Admit Card will be released soon. It is advised that applicants frequently check their email and the CPRI website for information regarding job notifications.

Selection process

• The ultimate decision will be made based on the candidate's performance in the multiple-choice test and academic merit. Academic merit and marks from the MCQ test will each be given 50% of the total weight for this purpose. 

• TG Grade 1 - After passing the Trade test, the candidates' performance in the MCQ test will determine their ultimate selection. 

• Assistant Grade 3 - Subject to passing the skill exam, the ultimate selection will be based on their performance in the MCQ Test and Academic Merit (i.e., 50% each) (Computer Typing Test). 

• MTS - The qualified candidates who made the shortlist will be invited to take a computer-based multiple-choice test, and those who pass the test are rated for selection based on a physical test.
