  • With a strong level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation, the ability to execute enormous volumes of work swiftly and autonomously is required.

Job description :

  •  Communicate with consumers in a polite and professional manner, and assist them in resolving any issues they may have with the product. 
  • Provide omnichannel customer service via chat, email, phone, and social media. 
  • Contribute to the feature documentation and assist in the resolution of any bugs that arise in the product. 
  • Contribute to the development team by suggesting new features and updates to help improve the customer experience. 
  • Providing prompt resolution of customer issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Participate in the product development process to ensure that consumer features are prioritised and realised.
