- Support the process by managing transactions in accordance with the required quality standards.

- Access and maintain internal knowledge bases, resources, and frequently asked questions in order to assist and provide effective problem resolution to clients.
- Identify and learn relevant product details to improve client interaction and troubleshooting.
- Call logs should be documented and analyzed to determine which calls are the most important.
