How Are Ordinal Numbers Written?
- When the number ends with 1, the suffix must be -st.
- When the number ends with 2, the suffix must be -nd.
- When the number ends with 3, the suffix must be -rd.
- When the number ends with 0,4,5,6,7,8 or 9, the suffix must be -th (including 10th, 20th, 30th…100th)
- When the numbers end with 11, 12, 13…19, the suffix must be -th.
