Scholarships Criteria by the Jharkhand Government
The Jharkhand government has set up strict criteria for scholarships. Students must have a minimum of 60% marks in their previous examinations to be eligible, and must also come from a family with an income of less than Rs. 1 lakh per annum. The students pursuing diploma level, degree level, or postgraduate level courses can apply for this scholarship. They must have passed the last qualifying examination with at least 40% to 50% marks. The students suffering from any chronic disease are not eligible to apply for this scholarship
