But how it came into action?
U S term moonlighting is practised often with the employees while in India, it suddenly goes down with Moonlighting action by the company Wipro.
Wipro resigns 300 employees at one go as they were found guilty in Moonlighting.
Wipro’s executive chairman Rishad Premji reasoned out by telling that these employees are violating the policy of the ( NDA )non-disclosure agreement that states those who are appointed as an employee in the company will keep the work and the source to themselves.
Disclosure of the terms and conditions will violate the policy in return the employee will get dismissed from the position. Wipro also faces the same legal ritual and dismisses 300 employees because of policy violations.
New India emerges at its peak now. As we have heard the news of the demolition of the great twin tower of Supertech sector 92 Noida with an example of violating RERA terms and conditions.RERA is also known as the Real Estate regulatory authority. Now all the sectors are working with transparent laws and want to benefit the right approach from the employees.
Moonlighting is not feasible for trustworthy employees but when the confidential data leaks out to rival companies by the working employees who are assigned to work from 9 to 5 is not practically responsive for the company.
