After realizing that infrastructure is the driving force behind economic growth and that roads are a symbol of progress, the BJP government has invested a lot of time and energy in revitalizing the nation's highways.

From the hamlet via the streets to the block and district offices, a network of roads connecting other states and other countries has been built. Only 1.5 expressways were built in 70 years.

The double engine government has complied with a long-standing request from the people of the western UP and NCR. Let's use the Delhi-Meerut Expressway as an example. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also lay the foundation stone for the Ganga Expressway, which spans 594 kilometres.

The distance between East and West will be shortened thanks to this expressway, which will also aid to bridge the hearts. Additionally, all state citizens will benefit from the building of the Lucknow-Kanpur Expressway, Bundelkhand Expressway, Gorakhpur Link Expressway, Ghazipur-Ballia-Manjhighat Expressway, and Delhi-Dehradun Expressway. In addition, expressways and highways are surrounded by industrial corridors.

These corridors will promote considerable job potential and rapid, balanced, and inclusive growth. For this, there are designated lands. Airstrips are also being built so that Air Force aircraft may land and take off in an emergency.

The Bundelkhand Expressway would allow people to travel to Delhi and other regions. This would benefit residents in the districts of Chitrakoot, Banda, Mahoba, Hamirpur, Jalaun, Auraiya, and Etawah. The direct link between Delhi and Bundelkhand would benefit people, and Bundelkhand will no longer have the shame of being behind.
