BARC Category 1 Exam Pattern
The written test will last one hour and will consist of 40 objective multiple-choice questions.
Each accurate response will receive three points, while each erroneous answer will receive one point.
The examination's course will be based on subjects from the Diploma/B.Sc.
level, as applicable.
Short-listed applicants for an interview will be those who pass the written exam.
The National Research Board maintains the right to limit the number of candidates summoned for interviews.
BARC Category 2 Exam Pattern
Stage 1: Preliminary Test: Candidates will be shortlisted through screening exams.
The screening examination format will be the same for all trades and will be as follows:

Candidates who receive a score of 40% in the general category and 30% in the reserved category will be filtered out.
