Eligibility Requirements
- General Manager (HR) - First Class in MBA or equivalent; 2-year postgraduate degree in HR; PM&IR; personnel management; social science; social welfare; or social work from university or other institution recognized by government.
- Assistant Manager, Senior Manager, Deputy Manager, and Deputy General Manager (Civil) (Civil)
- -First Class Degree (or 05 years of integrated study) in Civil Engineering or Technology from an accredited university or other organization, or an equivalent program.
- Manager, Senior Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager of Explosives (Explosives) First Class M.Sc. (Chemistry/Explosive Chemistry) or First Class Degree (or 05 years integrated study) in Engineering or Technology in Chemical, Mechanical, Electronic, or Electrical from a recognized university or institution
- Junior Manager (Russian/English Translation): First Class Degree or Master's Degree in any Engineering subject or an equivalent degree earned in Russia.
