On the 30th of March 2022, the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) successfully conducted the ESIC IMO 2022 Written Exam to fill 1120 Insurance Medical Officer (IMO) Grade-II (Allopathic) positions at ESIC Hospitals/Dispensaries. The final cut-off marks for the ESIC IMO 2022 Written Exam have been revealed. Section I: General Medicine & Paediatrics and Section II: Surgery, Gynaecology & Obstetrics, Preventive & Social Medicine were covered on the ESIC IMO 2022 Written Exam. Exam Pattern for ESIC IMO 2022

The ESIC IMO 2022 Selection Process includes a Written Exam and an Interview for the job of Insurance Medical Officer (IMO) Grade-II (Allopathic) in ESIC. The Written Exam will be conducted entirely online. It will consist of 200 marks worth of Objective Type Multiple Choice questions. It will be divided into two portions, each worth 100 points. General Medicine and Pediatrics will be covered in Section I, while Surgery, Gynecology and Obstetrics, and Preventive and Social Medicine will be covered in Section II.

Official ESIC IMO 2022 Qualifying Marks per Category

According to ESIC's official notification, the following are the minimum qualifying marks for the Part-I Written Exam for the post of Insurance Medical Office Gr. II (IMO Gr. II):

NOTE: The minimum qualifying marks for UR, OBC/EWS, SC/ST, and PWD are 45 percent, 40 percent, 35 percent, and 30 percent, respectively.

After passing the ESIC IMO 2022 Written Exam, what's next?

On the basis of their performance in the Written Examination, candidates will be shortlisted for the Interview. Candidates' performance in Paper I (200 marks) and the interview will determine their ultimate selection (50 Marks).
