Eligibility Requirements
- CHO - B.Sc. Nursing or Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing with integrated Bridge Programme of Certificate in Community Health course in curriculum from a recognized Institute/University Registered with the Punjab Nursing Registration Council, or B.Sc. in Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an accredited college or university with a six-month certificate program in community health. Registered with the Punjab Nursing Registration Council; or Ayurevedic Practitioner (BAMS) from a recognized university or statutory state board and enrollment on the state register or central register of ayurveda; or B.Sc. in nursing/post basic B.Sc. nursing from a recognized institute or university submitted an application to the Punjab Nursing Registration Council. Or, Ayurevedic Practitioner (BAMS) from a recognized university or enrollment on the state register by a statutory state board
- Pharmacists must possess a diploma in pharmacy from an accredited institution, be registered with the Punjab Pharmacy Council as pharmacists, and have completed Punjabi as a subject up to the Matric level.
- Clinic Assistant: Must have completed the Matriculation Examination, the 10+2 Exam, or its equivalent from an accredited university or institution with a science major; must possess a diploma in Multipurpose Health Worker for Women from an accredited university or institution; must be registered with the Punjab Nursing Registration Council as a Multipurpose Health Worker for Women; and candidates must have completed Punjabi up to Matric standard.
- MO - MBBS from a university or institution that has been approved by the Indian Medical Council. Candidates must be registered with the Medical Council of India or the Punjab Medical Council. Candidates must have completed Punjabi as a subject at the Matric level.

- 18 to 37 years old: Community Health Officer (CHO)
- 64 years old Medical Officer (MO)
