BPSC Civil Judge Eligibility- Nationality


A candidate must be
  • A Citizen Of India (or)
  • A Citizen Of Nepal (or)
  • A Citizen Of  Bhutan (or)
  • A Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.
  • A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

BPSC Civil Judge Eligibility- Age Limit 


As per the official notification, the age limit for the candidates is  22 to 35 years. The candidates belonging to a few communities will also be eligible for relaxation in the age limit.  Candidates must check out the official notification for details related to such relaxation in BPSC Civil Judge Eligibility.

BPSC Civil Judge Eligibility- Educational Qualification 


The education qualification is the most basic criterion for the BPSC Civil Judge exam. The official notification sets down the educational qualification for Civil judges.
The educational qualification is as follows:
The candidate is required to have a degree in law from a university or any institute which is authorized in Uttarakhand, or in the rest of India which is acknowledged by the Governor of the state. Besides candidates must also possess qualifications like :
  • The candidates must understand computer operation, which will also be tested in the practical examination.
  • The candidate should have knowledge of Hindi in the Devanagari script


 

BPSC Civil Judge Eligibility - Number Of Attempts 

If a candidate meets all the other criteria there is no bar on the number of Attempts for the candidates.
